Got a Paypal activation code from China. Should I be concerned?

My initial thought tells me no, but I thought I would double check just to make sure.

I was looking through my emails and I found a Paypal account activation. I don't have a Paypal or anything but the activation was was from some address written in Chinese characters. The only English thing was the country, China, and the name which was "lee tom". It's an obviously fake name, I just wanted to know if I could potentially get in trouble if this person were to do anything illegal since my email account has my legitimate information.
