Thinking about trading for Shady, think this is a good deal?

Apparently I was too confusing so I will try this again. I'm in an auction/salary cap keeper league (can keep every player on my team at +$5 from their previous cap) and have a trade on the table that I could do. This years draft is $225 and my current team is:

• Mike Wallace $30
• Dwayne Bowe $30
• Demarco Murray $6
• Jordy Nelson $8
• Shonn Greene $28
• Roy Helu $8
• Doug Martin $9
• Greg Little $8
• Coby Fleener $3
• Beanie Wells $22
• Matt Schaub $13
• $10 of extra draft cash

The trade would be Greene, Helu, Schaub, and Wallace for Lesean McCoy and $5 draft cash. I plan on dropping Mike Wallace, Schaub, and maybe Greg Little before the draft and use that cap to get some new guys so essentially it is Greene and Helu for McCoy and $5. Greene and Helu should both be get the majority of carries for their team, and in our league, those guys aren't available too often. While Schaub and Wallace are throw-ins for me, they do my my opponent a much better team as well.
