I'm visiting and I want to get inked.

I'm here until the end of August and I want to get a tattoo. I'm looking for an artist that is very good with ripped flesh tatoos. I'm looking for something like this: http://i.imgur.com/Ev8n8.jpg but I want it to be mechanical like so: http://i.imgur.com/aU3iX.gif. I'm thinking of putting this on my shoulder/upper arm. I know I should probably just go and check out the tattoo place (which I will) but I'm looking for recommendations so I can narrow it down to save time. I'm actually at Lake Stevens right now so it doesn't have to be just in Seattle, just around the area.
