Chances of Getting Batum Now Gone?

The Pacers have decided to match the maximum 4-year contract that the Blazers have offered Roy Hibbert. With Hibbert now not going to the Blazers (since he was a restricted free agent), they have plenty of cap space to match any offer for Batum. Are our chances of landing him now over with the Blazers seemingly unwilling to let him go despite his request?
