17f, never been too concerned, but getting curious.

I've always been a little self-conscious, due to my severe lack of dating skills (as in, never dated ever), and the fact that everyone I know likes to point out the size of my nose.

Opinions? Any general advice you guys could give, especially regarding makeup, glasses, and hairstyle, would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: The dress in picture 3 is a costume, and very much not my style, for clarification.
