Reddit, tonight I thoroughly convinced my 6 year old sister that I pooped her bed. What minor accomplishments of yours have made you absurdly proud when they probably shouldn't?
Just a little background information, she loves butts, and she especially loves poking my butt because "it's jiggly." She's a smart and mischievous little girl, though, so she often disguises her butt-poking intentions by offering a hug or by opening the door for me.
So anyway, we were snuggling in her bed watching Disney channel reruns when she asks for a hug. This is almost always code for "I'm going to poke your butt and giggle like a maniac for five minutes straight." Knowing this, I get a dead serious look on my face and tell her "I'd love a hug, but I really don't think you want to touch my butt at all right now." She asks why, and I tell her that I have just pooped my pants on her bed. After a few more questions and some strategically placed melted chocolate, she gets a grave look on her face and tells me "grandpa_sweater, that is disgusting, and I think you need help. I haven't pooped my pants since I was four. Also, I need a new bed tomorrow. Now go change."
I haven't been able to wipe the grin off my face since.
Reddit, what are you undeservingly proud of?
