What is a urban legend/ghost story related to your town?

Where I used to live there was a dirt road that had a ghost jogger on it. People claimed to see it at night always wearing the same stuff just running down the road. A few people have had the car get a flat(bumpy road) and while changing it the jogger stops about 100 feet away far enough to not be able to make out more then the shape and just stands in the dark waiting for you to get out of his way.
