Did this happen to anyone else on Mars?

When I first got to Mars there was the sandstorm effect going while outside with sand blowing around and what not. Totally normal. However, once I went inside it persisted. In fact, it persisted the entire level, even in cut scenes. There was even sand blowing around in the Illusive Man's ship. Wtf? Anyone else have that happen?
