Help my get back the only steep hill in town

So my friend got thrown in jail for trespassing on this hill and I've been written down for trespassing on a separate occasion but the cop was a lot more relaxed with me plus I dipped quick.

But now i want to go about it in a civil manner and giving them a letter trying to reason with them any suggestions would be much appreciated im going on Thursday to deliver the letter.

To the residents of derp , My name is derp and I am a downhill skateboarder who wishes to skate the road up to your property. I realize that it is a private road but hope that we can come to a compromise and address any concerns you may have. I will start my introducing myself as a 20 year old Journalism major at derp . In high school I remained on the honor roll all four years and participated in cross country and track and field. While I have many hobbies none can compare to the passion I have for downhill skateboarding also known as longboarding. However the hills in derp and far and few between many have heavy traffic or ridden with potholes and gravel, both being hazards to myself and the cars around me. The hill your property is on is ideal for practicing my sport because of its steep nature. As with any sport progression is what drives the athlete and to be honest I’ve searched derp for almost three years for hills and your hill is one of a kind. Before moving to derp I had been living in derp and in situations where residents of hills didn’t want me skating on their roads the main issue was always liability. I am willing to draw out any and all forms that free you from liability in the event of an accident. That being said I always wear proper protection and skate within my limits so injuries are for the most part rare. In addition in my previous visits to derp I have noticed a fair amount of trash by the side of the road and I’m also willing to bring a trash bag and pick up any trash I see while I walk back up the hill if given permission to skate your road. I have also noticed some graffiti on the wall at the top of the hill and am willing to paint over it. Furthermore, I want to assure you I will have nothing but the upmost respect for your road if given permission to skate your road. Keeping it clean and keeping it a secret from strangers will be my priority.
