Sad day, D3 doesnt work on computer. What can I do with this useless copy now

Title says all really, was looking forward to my first Blizzard experience and ran into the OS problem since evidently it isnt really technically Vista compatible. What do I do with the copy now since I've used the activation code I dont think I can return it.
