"habits/symptoms of a fapper" for the sidebar with information that is pretty universal to most of you.

a lot of people are interested in this subreddit, but not for themselves. it is extremely difficult to identify a fapper, though, because it is a well-hidden secret (so long as no snooping is done).

tldr - make a guide to help nonfappers know what to look for so they can steer the addict here
