An idea for a module - pypidownload

from pypidownload import psycopg2

The above snippet would download, install and import psycopg2 if it isn't installed and just import psycopg2 otherwise.

What do you guys think? Would it be useful?

p.s. a specific version could be imported like so:

import pypidownload
psycopg = pypidownload.imp('psycopg2/2.4.5') # the pypi url
