Stoodup-ish, help?

okay, lemme say this all from the start ive never had a girlfriend before but i have messed around. i met this girl at a party recently and i went to elementary school with her and i used to like her and ive seen her at my local temple in between now (9th going to 10th this august) and elementary school and always thought shes cute. may 12th or 13th at a party i talked to her and ended up txting her alot. we both like each other and shes an amazing girl. we all have much similar interests and i really do like her. the only thing is, she's "stood me up" 4 or 5 times. in quotes because, ill explain. so after we started txting and pretty much it was obvious we liked one another, i asked her to meet me at the mall on june 9th at whatever time...which was already annoying because we were meeting almost a month after we met at the party. she was just always busy. school-cross country practice-babysitting, home at 12-2am. half an hour before the time planned, i hadnt left, and she txts me telling me her dads taking her to get her car fixed. well okay you know whatever shit happens and we are still dependent on our parents to take us places. its fine. then again i invited her bowling, june 19th, with my friends the last day of my school (she was out before) she said she could make it. and im expecting her to show up and she calls and says she hurt her knee yesterday at cross country and shes getting it checked out right then. so then i think there was another time she said she couldnt make it an hour before...(le 30 minutes later) OH i rememeber! i told her one day i did boot camp (a workout thing at my gym) and she wanted to do it. she says she'll be there then doesnt for some shit, wednesday before the 22nd. then on the 22nd she says she'll come to boot camp and at like 9:30 i say so are u ready? and she says oh i thought it was at 5 (it was at 5 on wednesday) and she says she has to pick up the reports for her physical. then my family was going to an indian movie and i offered for her to be there and we could sit separately, totally nothing wrong, my parents are cool with it. and then today, we were supposed to go to the mall after her kumon volunteering. oh. now that schools over, her schedule was summer school 8-12 and cross country 12-3 and then she would do something with her mom after that. now she doesnt have summer school but she volunteers at kumon from 3-7. anyway, today she said she could make it at 5. so i didnt count on it. i even had dinner with my family despite telling her it was movie and a dinner with her. she doesnt show up. im kinda annoyed, shes really awesome, we really click, she's really cute, we have the same interests, and she's even a bit badass, like i am. i havent had a girlfriend before so maybe im just kind of stuck on her? TL;DR girl said she would show up to x place 5 times and calls half an hour to an hour before or an hour late and says she cant make it. she's very busy should i move on or persist and try to meet her?
