Project Red Sun, manned mission to Mars in 1970. Honestly can't tell if this is a hoax or not. Anyone have any information on this?

I'm sure this has come up somewhere before, but I can't find any reliable information on it. The Footage looks legitimate but I am far from even an amateur in the field of film. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate leak or a hoax?
