[Monk] Help a fellow Monk get into a new build

I've recently moved to a more crit heavy build (Sweeping Wind w/Cyclone rune) to complete Act 3 runs faster, but I've hit a bit of a wall in the way of incoming damage.

Switching out Earth Ally for Sweeping Wind isn't working out very well in terms of survivability, but I can't imagine swapping any other abilities for it either. I've tried switching out MoC for MoE w/Hard Target to help make up for the lose of Earth Ally, but it still doesn't equal out.
