What do you guys think of my redesigned site?

The site is http://www.gtricks.com

The major changes I tried to achieve are –

• Emphasis on categories as many users pointed out that they would love to read all tricks about a topic at a single page.

• Better integration with the forum where we discuss unofficial news and solve users problems.

• Optimized and clean code for faster loading.

• Less ads; more content.

Please Please let me know what you guys like and what you dont. What should I change?

PS: I am amatuer and new to design. I ned your guideance o designers of reddits.
