Toilet Paper!

Or something of that variety is ordinarily used to parachute our lady. I've never taken molly in this way and I will be at some point this week, I was just wondering if anybody could give me some insight on proper technique, my buddy told me it's best to get it down quick with a bit of water. Anyone care to help a man in need?
