General runes (especially Quintesence) for jungler

What runes, especially quintessence, should I use for general jungling? I get amor on seals, magic resistance on glyphs and AD (jungling more with Riven, Olaf, Xin) on marks. But what should I get on quitessence? I searching on LoL pro for these three championas and which one had his own quint. Riven got more AD, Olaf more MS and Xin more AS.

I can skip the AS, but it's better get more AD or more MS? Thanks for the ansers and sorry for bad english. ^.^/
