Natural

Poem

What is natural?

Is it breath in the lungs?

Is it what's ingested, defecated?

It's it the nest, it's precious tenants?

And if it's all the above,

Why so do we ignore out role.

We call our sky scrappers and technologies

Unnatural fallacies, but honestly

We nest in clay, turned from concrete paste, to beams

We mold dams, and quick well,

We're compelled to step on road ways and landscapes

Home made with grass bred to our taste

And I get the harm

I get the wrong in the industry, and over use of simplicity

But isn't this all natural, the human, the drive of civilization

Isn't this all a product of a naturally selected mind frame

Why do we view our synthetic world, as unnatural?
