Only finished Hanako's Good Ending. Not sure if I should proceed. [Hanako Spoilers, probably?]

Welp, like the slow guy that I am, I've just stumbled onto Katawa Shoujo and was initially very wary about the game itself. I immediately went with Hanako for some reason and completed the best ending.

I've been hesitant to start again because I feel rather attached to Hanako for some odd reason and I was wondering if anyone else had a simillar feeling? And I was also wondering if you guys had any method to reduce the HNNNNGGGG effect?
