Poison really really sucks.(It really needs a max duration..)

I was seriously wandering around Romero for 10+ mins looking for milk to get rid of poison, ended up giving up and trying to venture out to find some but ended up coming back to Romero for another 10 mins of searching before I was killed because I couldn't see anything with the debuff. There really needs to be a max duration on it..like 5-10 mins or milk needs to be easier to find.
