Who cuts motorcycle keys (pref. Ventura County)?

I somehow managed to lose the second-last of my motorcycle keys. So I need to make some copies of my last one. But every time in the past I've tried to go to Home Depot or other typical key-copy places, they say they don't have the blanks. And I don't trust my dealership any more to do anything more complicated than bring in parts I order (long story).

So who can I go to who won't just tell me "Sorry, we can't do that"? Any suggestions? I'm in Ventura County, so anywhere here or around Malibu/SFV/Santa Monica would be great.
