If intelligent life was ever found on another planet, would that planet be inhabitable by us?
In all the space documentaries, when they talk about finding intelligent life on other planets, they always mention that they are looking for a planet similar to earth (water, certain distance from a star, etc.). Seems to me, if they found life on a planet like that, the atmosphere would be such that we could live there as well. But I have no idea.
