[Request] easy ( i think) removal of hand on shoulder

hey reddit. i need a solo shot of myself. i would like to use this one, but it is originally part of a group photo. so i cropped it, but unfortunately there is a hand on my shoulder, and i would like it removed in a way that is unnoticeable. thanks! i will also send the original on request if someone thinks they can crop it better.
