filmed favorite band since I was 15, I suck@exporting from fcp7. Help me Reddit you're my only hope!

on the first video I thought I got the video quality right but the audio is in mono.

and they look like shit. It can't just be the red lighting that is making it so pixely. I've tried the help menu in every program. deinterlaced the 1080i footage, made sure the frame rates matched and looked at blogs and youtube videos. I am too ashamed to send the link to the band as is. does anybody out there know anything or anybody that could be beneficial to me. I've been sitting around waiting for 12 hr renders for a week to no avail. I'm going crazy.
