Does anyone work in the travel industry and understand about insurance for international tour groups?

So, my friend and I are throwing around some business ideas about taking groups of people from Asia to places around the world for Snowboarding/Skiing trips. We know we would require our travelers to have to get their own personal international traveler's insurance, but one thing we haven't been able to find out much information about is what kind of insurance we would need to get as a company. Would we have to get seperate insurance for each country we visited? It seems anything I can find by searching the internet is some really shady looking insurance sites. Would appreciate any advice if anyone has any experience or knowledge of these kind of things.
