Suggestion/Meta? To help push more quality posts onto this subreddit.

I was just thinking about how there are many subscribers who use naturebucks and how many offers there are. Why don't we implement something like r/HWTF's $0.10/minute rule?

The rules currently are very vague on what is acceptable. Please help me refine my idea.

I haven't had much time to use NB so sorry if anything small is wrong but feel free to make changes in the comments. I joined in China and I can't access any offers. (Shame on me, no beer money...)

I just want to make the rules more refined to pull more posts and keep this great subreddit from going under.
