[Build Help] Looking for AMD Proc and a motherboard for small Minecraft Server

I want to build a small minecraft server for 4-8 people. I am pretty poor... but I have a ton of time on my hands (i.e. unemployed). I was a co-owner/lead admin of a minecraft server for over a year, and since leaving that community, there are a few people begging me to start my own. I have the internet bandwidth (Verizon FIOS FTW) to handle around 10 people, that much I know, and I have the following parts lying about:

• Case
• 550 PSU
• 4gb DDR3 ram
• 128gb SSD
• 1tb HDD

All I really need is a Proc & Motherboard and I am golden. I am really only looking at AMD Dual- and Quad- core, something 2.4ghz+. I was looking at AMD A4-3400 Llano 2.7GHz Socket FM1 65W Dual-Core Desktop APU as a possibility, but any suggestion (other than "use INTEL") would be appreciated.
