Help - I accidentally gave my sister a 10mg ambien...

She is 26 and has been very sick lately (digestive issues). She was frantically crying out of anxiety and so I gave her what I thought was a Xanax. (I keep both around for emergencies only, so I have a hard time telling the difference.) She started hallucinating at first but now she is asleep. Should I be worried???? I am scared that may be too much for her body.
