I am researching religion in Japanese videogames; any suggestions?

I am a student at Ritsumeikan University in Japan. For my graduation thesis, I am looking at how religion is portrayed in Japanese videogames. I have already done an in-depth look at El Shaddai, but I would like to do a narrative analysis on a wider sample of Japanese games from the last 15 years.

Can you please suggest games that depict a religion (either existing or fictional)? Please include:

-game name -brief summary of how religion is involved in the game -overall vibe (positive, negative, neutral)

Thank you very much for your help. If you have any thoughts on my research topic, I would also appreciate any feedback.
