The 5 Generation Challenge (thoughts?)

The idea I had to get through all gens again.

Typical Nuzlocke Rules with some additions:

• Nickname all your pokemon.
• If your pokemon faints, it's dead and you have to release it or box it permanently.
• No legendaries on your team.
• No duplicates.
• You can only catch the first pokemon you see on a route, and only one per route. Buildings count separately.
• You have to progress through all 5 generations. Simultaneously. When you beat the 1st gym in Gen 1 (FR/LG) You can't go on until you beat the first gym in the next gen in this case (HG/SS), and then the next gen (R/S/E) until you do all 5 first gyms, before you can do the 2nd gym in a game.
• You cannot use a Pokemon you have on your team in another gen. If a Zubat joins your team in Fire Red then it cannot join up with you in Heart Gold, Emerald, Pearl or whatever.
• Preferred to use Pokemon from the gen you are in.
• The shiny clause. If you somehow find a shiny you can catch it. If you already have that Pokemon in any gen, you must release it.

Another possibility: You play the games in order instead of simultaneously. You still cannot use any Pokemon you had on your team in previous games.
