Help?

I just bought Killing Floor today. I played solo it was pretty fun! I thought I'd hit up some public servers but ALL are empty??? I'm confused?

EDIT: I reinstalled the game. It helped majorly! I was version 1034. I saw in another post that you were supposed to be 1036.
