24M that is having some self confidence issues

Never thought of myself as being all that attractive which usually ends up with a lot of SAP moments and difficulty really making a move on anyone. I repeatedly have a bad habit of getting cheated on when I do manage to get into a relationship.

So tell me, is it because of my appearance? What can I change?
