Where to find a volunteer pool for a social entrepreneurship organization in Indonesia

I am currently working for a foundation that is opening a center for non profits in Bali in October. I am looking to develop an intern program where I can train an intern to become aware of best practice and basic principles of non profit work, but I am struggling in finding quality volunteer candidates. Any tips on where to post the job application to receive quality applicants within Asia?
