New to Dirt Track

I'm new to the oval, and I'm building a Stinger car right now. The car is a 99 Kia Sephia, 5 speed. So far the interior has been stripped, roll cage acquired and the rest is getting ordered tomorrow or Wednesday. For those of you who don't know, the Stinger division is an entry level class, 4 cylinder fwd cars, no turbos or superchargers. The cars must be bone stock save for safety equipment (Roll cage, high back seat, harness, etc) excluding exhaust and tires. So basically, it's a P.O.S. car that you try to get to outrun other such P.O.S. cars. Mostly just to learn racing and whatnot. I'll be posting a build thread soon-ish. Really having fun with it because the total cost once I order everything will be under $800. I am also very glad this subreddit has been created. I plan on being very active in this.
