A question about shaving.

So, I've been pondering this for a while. I'm a guy, and I have hair. On my arms, legs, chest, and around my penis. And I'm an admittedly hairy person. I blame my genes. Anyway, I've been thinking about shaving. And I was just wondering if it was better for blowjobs (not sure I'd want hair there if it were me) or just better looking or just some tips on how.
