How do you pronounce M&Ms in your country?

In the Netherlands they say "em en ems". The Dutch word for "and" is "en". In Bosnia, everyone also says "em en ems", even though the Bosnian word for "and" is "i", it's just easier. I actually wonder if everyone in an English-speaking says "em and ems" or just lazily drops the d, just like in "rock 'n roll".
