20 year old male looking for advice on premature ejaculation! Any suggestions?

I'm a 20 year old male and I've been running into this problem a lot recently. I've been dating a girl for over a year now and I still cannot "last" during sex. I find I do my best when I'm drunk, sad I know. I need help lasting longer!! My girlfriend has mastered the art of dirty talking and coincidentally dirty talk is my kryptonite so I'm having trouble lasting past a few positions. I believe my problem is that I focus too hard on sex and get myself too excited. I would like to last longer in bed but I don't want to spend my love making time thinking of dead kittens and elderly folk to last long. Any suggestions? Thank you!
