2,000 CDs

(I'm asking audiophile expecting others with a large collection. If wrong r/ please advise)

For a colleague that wants to rip 2,000 CDs to a NAS, does a product exist that would make this easier? I guesstimate manually 20 minutes each = 600 hours. Years doing it part-time.
