(M 17) Friend said I was too skinny. Is she right?

I workout often, and like to thank that for a 6'1" guy I'm okay, but am. On a scale of 1 to 10 what would I rank. I'm sorry for posting this here, idk if only body shots are allowed, but I just wanted an honest opinion.
