[Question][Amp Help] Fender Stage 185 fuse

I have a Fender Stage 185. Like the one below.

I know nothing of guitars and amps but was wanting to start playing. When we plugged in this amp it made a weird sound for a second and never worked. We looked at it and someone suggested that the fuse was blown.

Can we replace the fuse? If we can how would we be able to find the right fuse? I have tried looking for Fender Stage 185 fuses but can't get anywhere.
Engraved into it is 6-1/4A 250V 313 Will this work?
