What is your opinion about the wording of graduation announcements?

I am sending out college graduation announcements to my family members but I am not having a ceremony and am not holding a party in celebration. It's kind of an expected thing in my family to announce these sort of things so I feel they are required. Every sample I can find includes the details of the ceremony but since there isn't one....what would be appropriate to include?
