Group Finder Daily Rewards Issue

The last couple of times I finished HM FPs through the group finder, I did not get the Black Hole Commendation reward. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I've opened a ticket with CS, but no response so far. Anyone know if this issue will be fixed in today's downtime?
