Could we have a vote on banning non-Fallout related image macros?

Obviously some people like image macros or they wouldn't be getting voted to the top.

But could we have a vote of some sort on banning non-Fallout related ones? (Bad Luck Brian, Ski Instructor, Captain Hindsight et al)

EDIT: Was that rule in the sidebar there a few moments ago? I just sort of assumed there was no rule since the top post is currently a thinly disguised non-fallout related image macro.
