This subreddit is dedicated to the sexual fitness and potency of the body, mind, brain, and penis.

This is targeted to the man who wants to improve his sex life by improving his masturbation practice and habits. We embrace masturbation as a integral part of our sexuality which can serve either to enhance or degrade our sexual fitness, depending on our practices.

(I was pleasantly surprised that the subreddit name "sexercise" was not in use yet, and I totally couldn't believe the user name "sexerciser" wasn't taken.)
