I need to find a website from my childhood!

Ok, I'm just gonna dump all the relevant things I remember about it here:

• It was basically a site about "things you're not supposed to know" or "things you're not supposed to do".

• Had instructions on how to sneak around your neighborhood; what to wear at night, how to pull pranks, how to not get caught, what to do if you go caught, etc...

• ^this is the stuff I nostalgia jizz over

• It had instructions on how to make a homemade potato gun, or even shadier stuff like firecrackers.

• It was kind of like erowid but for kids who wanted to find out about "taboo" subjects not necessarily related to drugs.

• although, I think there were some info on drugs there too.

• this was maybe 10 or so years ago

• it had a unique url that I memorized by have since forgotten

Help me find this website! It as an awesome resource!
