New type of primary for heavy?

Does anyone else think heavy needs a new type of primary, basically the chargin targe for heavys? Obviously it wouldn't be a chargin targe, im saying it would change the way the class is played, like how demo turned into demoknight, thanks to the targe and shield.

I think something like this is needed because some people like me like to play shotgun heavy and the primary is left alone, when it could be used for something else. Why not give the heavy a lunchbox item that goes in the primary slot, a sandvich dispenser, an item that raises speed, etc, something so that shotgun heavy can be complete!
