Messed up my suede chukkas cleaning them. Any way to fix?

I unexpectedly went hiking a bit with a new pair of suede chukkas I bought lately and they came out really dirty from all the dirt. Terrible idea to go hiking with them but it kind of came out of the blue. I washed them but after drying, the shoes seem to have lost their shape and feel really "floppy" now. Is there any way to fix this or is the leather ruined?
