Windows Live Sign In Problem. Tried Everything , nothing works

I haven't been able to access my windows live account for at least 14 hours now via the web(desktop) or any of my devices, I have a samsung android with push email and an Ios device with push email, both give a sign in error or ask for a password.y windows live standalone mail client cant access it either. Im sure the password is correct. When signing in from the web I deliberately put in a wrong password just to see what error message I would get, and I did get a wrong password error, yet with the correct password I get the error in the screenshot above. I even tried signing from the mobile site mid.live.com. Seems to be an authentication issue from Microsoft's side as the the redirect url (after clicking on the sign in button on the website) goes in some sort of loop before resorting to the error message above. Ive seen one more person as a question about this exact same problem in the microsoft answers site below..

Anyone out there with any info and I will be great-full as i need to desperately access my account.
