Looking for artisinal bike shops in Japan?

Hello all, I'm heading to Japan in Sept and have come across some well made bike parts in my day (racks, bells) . As a cycle tourist and general 2 wheel enthusiast, I was wondering if anyone happens to know of any good bikes shops in Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka that specialize in such things that are worth a visit?
